As Head of People Experience, you are the leader behind our People Experience division, consisting of several specialized teams that shape the entire employee lifecycle at Digitec Galaxus and act as a catalyst for sustainable personal and entrepreneurial growth. You lead 4 experienced People Experience Leads and realize their full potential.

• Personnel and professional leadership, development and coaching of 4 People Experience Leads – with a clear focus on developing existing teams and establishing a common direction
• Ensuring a consistent, high-quality people experience across the entire employee lifecycle
• Anchoring the Digitec-Galaxus culture in all people processes and solutions across all locations
• Promote effective collaboration as clear interfaces between the People Experience teams and the entire P&C organization
• Managing relevant people KPIs (including employee engagement, fluctuation, absence rate) at team and company level
• Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements in Switzerland and other relevant markets
• Strategic sparring function for the management in all people-relevant topics

Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience: In a leadership role in the HR environment
• No training required: Specific training is beneficial, but relevant professional experience is crucial
• In-depth experience in a supervising HR
