- Several years of leadership and management experience in a demanding IT infrastructure organization, ideally with several specialized teams
- In-depth knowledge in the areas of network, workplace/endpoint, server, storage, data center and cloud infrastructure
- Demonstrable experience in infrastructure architecture, technology and lifecycle decisions as well as in the implementation of complex transformation projects
- Secure handling of IT governance, IT compliance, IKS, audit requirements and operational security requirements
- Experience in managing suppliers and partners as well as in budget, resource and portfolio planning
- Strong decision-making, prioritization and implementation strength, even in challenging situations
- Clear, addressable communication, professional appearance and constructive handling of different interests and different stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high customer orientation and pleasure in actively and pragmatically driving change Confident in German and English;
