Canton of Zurich Prison and Reintegration Management Health Service 80
100% Prison and Reintegration (JuWe), as part of the Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs of the Canton of Zurich, is responsible for the execution of penalties and measures as well as the execution of various types of detention.
For our 1,400 employees from around 40 professions, the successful social reintegration of people who have committed crimes and the prevention of recidivism are of particular importance.

- As a central organizational unit, it ensures harmonized and high-quality health care according to the equivalence principle and works closely with the Psychiatric Psychological Service and the JuWe institutions.
- One of these institutions is the Limmattal Prison (GFL), which is located in the district building Dietikon and together with the Horgen Prison Department (GFH) offers 121 places for detained people.
- Prison Affoltern (GFA) is an institution specialized in the closed execution of prison sentences.
- We are looking for a competent leadership that actively leads and supports the health service of the three institutions – Prison Affoltern, Prison Limmattal and Prison Horgen. This is your field of action
- You lead the medical service of the three locations (affoltern, Dietikon and Horgen) in terms of personnel, expertise and organisation
- Together with your team, you ensured the high-quality somatic basic care of the detained persons
- You also support your team in everyday operations and thus stay close to the practice
- You coordinate cooperation within your team and strengthen interdisciplinary cooperation within the companies
- You work closely with internal and external partners
- Ensure administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting and information management
