- They contribute their ideas to a department focused on residential needs and actively implement them and are actively involved in the team management team of the residential area and participate in specialist and project groups. Requirements
- You have an education in the social or health sector at tertiary level HF or FH and have broad professional experience
- Interest and enthusiasm in designing a living environment with a high quality of life for our residents
- Leadership experience, conceptual thinking, reflection and critical ability
- Innovative personality, winning appearance and understanding of services
