Main responsibilities
- As a central specialist office, you assume responsibility for all compliance issues relating to pharmaceuticals, medical devices and borderline products for internal and external stakeholders in Switzerland and the EU.
- You use specialist knowledge specifically to support assortment monitoring and help with regulatory classification in unclear cases
- You accompany the product range expansion in regulated product categories together with the purchase – from the initial feasibility assessment to supplier qualification
- Compliance with the medicinal product regulations in the product descriptions on our platform you ensure
- Product recalls and CAPA measures coordinate and handle and document completed cases
- Risk analyses and monitoring tools are continuously updated and regulatory changes are kept in mind
- You will develop training content on curative medicine law topics and impart the knowledge practically to internal stakeholders such as purchasing and customer service Requirements
- 3–5 years: Regulatory Affairs, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Product Compliance
- Master's degree (university, university of applied sciences): pharmacy, life sciences, biomedicine, medical technology, natural sciences
- A completed degree in pharmacy (master or state examination) or a comparable university degree in natural sciences with professional experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device environment distinguishes you
