Main responsibilities
- Further development and implementation of the VET and human resources development strategy
- Development and assurance of quality standards as well as education and development processes
- Responsibility for onboarding, competence management and internal training offers
- Conception and implementation of leadership development, talent management and succession planning
- Strategic development of vocational training and professional support for training managers
- Personnel and lateral leadership as well as advice to executives and management
- Management of projects and promotion of cross-cutting cooperation Requirements
- Higher education (HF/FH/University) in Human Resources, Educational Management or a comparable field of study
- Several years of experience in personnel development and/or vocational training
- Experience in strategy, project and change management Leadership experience is beneficial
