- You work closely with the departments and control demand management, prioritization and the realization of business benefits
- You drive customer-centric digital services and productive AI use cases with measurable added value
- You promote user-centred solution development according to the principles of user-centered design and ensure a high level of user experience
- You guarantee the highest quality, security and compliance within the responsible business solutions
- You control SaaS and supplier relationships, take responsibility for licenses and costs and reduce dependencies on individual providers
- You work closely with Technology & Enabling Services, leveraging shared platforms, data and services to deliver integrated solutions. Requirements
