Tasks

• You take over the system-supported administrative processing of the ambulatory care contributions and ensure a correct payment.
• They check the submitted services for plausibility and clarify deviations directly with the service providers, health insurance and other agencies.
• They actively participate in the further development of the care management contributions and participate in the optimization of processes and the specialist application ORION.
• They advise and empower Spitex organizations as well as freelance care professionals to bill their services and are available as a reliable contact person for various stakeholders.
• You create analyses, reports and support team management in administrative tasks and events.

Profile

• Commercial training EFZ as well as several years of professional experience, beneficial in health care
• Analytical skills, high quality standards and good load capacity
• High social skills, empathy and a strong service mentality
• Very good knowledge of German orally and in writing
• Experienced handling of MS-Office, especially Excel

About us

The Municipal Health Services (SGD) is a service department of the Department of Health and Environment with around 250 employees, which offers a variety of health services for the population of Zurich. These include the areas of City Medical Service (SAD), Zurich in Old Age (ZiA), Public Health (PH), Spitex and Management & Services.

The Spitex division is responsible for the strategic management of the Spitex supply in the city of Zurich and the contract management with three contract partners with around 1,600 employees. In addition, this area also acts as a contact point and billing centre for the organisation of care contributions in the ambulatory sector and maintains contacts with around 450 service providers and 13 contract municipalities.
