In our "Gastronomy / Retail" team, we are looking for an established personality to support our property managers with a portfolio of commercial and sales space.

Tasks

• Acceptance and handling of tenant concerns
• Obtaining offers and organizing order and order processing
• Administrative management of tenant dossiers and data maintenance in the SAP system
• appointment organization such as meetings, visits
• Participation in the preparation of heating and operating costs bills
• Accounting, dunning, collection and turnover reporting
• Specific tasks under projects

Profile

• Completed commercial training, preferably with further training as a clerk* in real estate management
• Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry
• Customer and service orientation, high social skills and communication skills
• Teamwork, independent working methods and good understanding
• Cost-conscious thinking and business understanding
• Experienced handling of MS Office programs and an advantage with the SAP system
