Product Manager Digital Workplace — SRG SSR

The specialized field Operations is responsible for the technical production of all SSR content, their development and archiving (radio, tv and multimedia).

Within SRG SSR, Digital Workplace provides employees with a modern, secure and reliable digital working environment. It covers Windows and Apple equipment, Microsoft 365 services, collaboration and intranet tools, as well as process automation and some artificial intelligence-based solutions.

Your Mission

• Definition of the vision and roadmap of the product and strategic direction.
• Continuous and based on data from the entire life cycle of the product, from needs-based assessment and development to reliable and efficient operation, migration or replacement.
• Product Owners functional management and close collaboration with Operations personnel management, Business Partner Operations and relevant stakeholders.
• Planning and monitoring of financial resources and piloting of external suppliers, components and services.
• Active contribution to transformation towards a modern and product-oriented organization.

Your profile

• Methodological skills and experience in agile product management, from strategic planning to operational implementation (e.g., FASe, Scrum).
• Excellent technical knowledge and a comprehensive strategic understanding of the Digital Workplace domain, including Endpoint Management (devices, MDM/MAM, packaging) as well as Microsoft 365 services (collaboration, communication, intranet, provisioning, automation, self-service and IA integration).
• Strong focus on a coherent and needs-driven user experience for the entire Digital Workplace, coupled with a strong interest in digital innovation and technological trends in a rapidly changing environment.
• Product management experience including budget management, active cost/quality management via KPI and cost-benefit analysis.
• Ability to align the product with value creation and strategic and operational objectives, taking into account market developments.
• Excellent communication and moderation skills adapted to recipients, to manage the interests of stakeholders, foster interdisciplinary collaboration and support teams.
• Excellent knowledge of a national language as well as German or French at minimum level B1, and English level B1.
