- We look forward to your application for the vacancy as Front Desk Manager 100% (m/f/d) area of responsibility Leadership, motivation and further development of the 6-member Front Desk/Reception team as well as performance of a sovereign host function
- Conducting recruitment, feedback, trial time and qualification interviews for the front desk team
- Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction including professional complaint handling
- Continuous optimization and control of processes as well as compliance with LQA standards at the front desk
- Close and solution-oriented cooperation and mutual support with the Night Manager, Rooms Experience Manager and Guest Relations
- Economic preparation of service/holiday planning and control of working hours, time balance in the time recording system
- Participation in management, revenue and other relevant meetings as well as consistent implementation of the derived measures
- Taking over duty services and representing the interests of the entire House
