In this temporary role within Group Compliance, you will take end-to-end ownership of key analytics and reporting solutions, including the Compliance Risk Universe Monitor, Compliance e-Reporting and the wider Power BI dashboard portfolio.

- In this temporary role within Group Compliance, you will take end-to-end ownership of key analytics and reporting solutions, including the Compliance Risk Universe Monitor, Compliance e-Reporting and the wider Power BI dashboard portfolio.
Application process
- Strong practical experience with Python, SQL, enterprise data platforms such as Databricks, REST APIs and secure application authentication, including service principals, MSAL or OAuth2.
- Demonstrated daily proficiency with Claude Code or a comparable agent-assisted development environment, with the judgement to verify outputs and keep sensitive decisions, calculations and production controls under direct human oversight.
- Experience translating compliance, risk or assurance requirements into data definitions, KPIs or KRIs, analytical logic and sustainable technical solutions.
- Proven ability to manage an analytical product through design, UAT, rollout and BAU, supported by strong stakeholder management, facilitation, documentation and communication skills.
