The Office for Supplementary Services of the City of Zurich (AZL) ensures an adequate material existence of income-gatherers from Zurich AHV and IV-Renten. We are looking for one or two very committed and motivated personalities for the training of our employees and third parties from other Zurich communities by immediate agreement or agreement.

Tasks

In this demanding function, you plan, organize and independently carry out the system training of our calculation program for additional services (ZLPro) as well as other technical applications methodically, doactically and efficiently. Their contents you constantly adapt new both technical and technical requirements, whereby you actively develop the training landscape towards modern blended learning formats. With your pronounced flair for knowledge transfer you support the course participants purposefully and take into account their individual knowledge level.

The preparation and need-oriented design of training documents and working instructions is part of your daily work as well as the permanent training by consulting the relevant legal bases and working instructions.

Profile

Technical qualifications and system competence

• Well-founded expertise: Long-term practice in the relevant field of tasks as well as in-depth knowledge in the area of additional services to AHV/IV (ZL) and the adjacent social security schemes.
• Analytic skill: A keen joy in handling numbers, as well as the willingness and interest to work in depth and forward in the ZLPro system and other tools.

Knowledge transfer and digital doactics

• Enjoy knowledge transfer: A distinctive ability and motivation to train employees in a targeted, motivating and supportive way.
• Didactic qualification: a degree in adult education or didactics or the explicit willingness to acquire this qualification in a timely manner.
• A Thinkness for Blended Learning: High interest in digitalization and the willingness to actively and actively change the conception and implementation of all courses to contemporary Blended Learning formats.

Working methods and personal skills

• Self-employment and decision-making skills: multi-year professional experience in a self-responsible field, combined with high decision-making enthusiasm and a secure, convincing performance.
• Social skills and empathy: a strong interest in social policy issues and a sound and appreciative understanding of the specific concerns of elderly people and people with disabilities.
