Main responsibilities
- They design individual bouquets, gestures and seasonal arrangements
- You advise and support our customers directly in the shop
- They actively participate in orders, care of the flowers and presentation of the assortment and contribute
- Accompaniment and support of people in need of support in everyday work (protected work area) as well as the co-creation of a warm, creative and inclusive working environment round off the task area Requirements
- You have completed training as a florist / florist EFZ of advantage already with experience or training in the field of work agogy
- They work creatively and independently and have a great passion for flowers, plants and design.
- They are characterized by a high level of social competence as well as enjoyment of contact with customers, patience, empathy and interest in working with people in need of support.
