- Professional diabetes consultation (Type 1 and 2, gestational diabetes, specific diabetes forms) for ambulatory and inpatient patients
- Instruction and support in continuous glucose monitoring or insulin pump therapy
- Diploma as a diabetes specialist CAS/DAS or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience and solid knowledge in acute care and Swiss healthcare system
Main responsibilities
- Professional diabetes consultation (Type 1 and 2, gestational diabetes, specific diabetes forms) for ambulatory and inpatient patients
- Instruction and support in continuous glucose monitoring or insulin pump therapy
- Autonomous assumption and execution of self-responsible tasks
- Support in self-care and administration through continuous consultations
- Support during the medical consultation hours Requirements
- Several years of professional experience and solid knowledge in acute care and Swiss healthcare system
- High autonomy and excellent communication and social skills
- Engaged, proactive personality with structured, exact, and self-responsible work approach
