Do you like working with people? Would you like to work for the Alter Dorflinde health centre immediately or by agreement with our care team?

Tasks

• They independently and safely carry out the planned care and support tasks and help with the care of residents in crisis situations.
• They report observations, report objectively and document fully and comprehensibly.
• They help with activating, reactivating and maintaining therapeutic care and care tasks and know the care and care-relevant needs and wishes of the residents and their relatives.
• They supervise our learners during the entire apprenticeship period together with the main vocational trainers and those responsible for vocational training.

Profile

• Responsible, reliable and exact working methods with a willingness to provide shift services
• Training as a specialist health EFZ with SRC recognition for diplomas from abroad with several years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing, very good IT skills and advantageous knowledge in EasyDok
• A heart for our residents and our learners

Depending on the experience, the annual salary for this function is between CHF 70’300 and CHF 93’936 (100%).
