Full description
Our neonatology (Level II B) provides care for newborns who were born prematurely or ill. We attach great importance to individual patient care, as well as comprehensive support and advice for parents. For our team, we are looking for a committed personality after agreement.
Tasks
- In tandem with a qualified nurse, you are responsible for the family-centered care and care of premature babies and sick newborns
- You are responsible for patient-centered documentation of the work and care process as well as for the correct performance recording
- You take care of the material management on the station
- You live and promote a constructive interdisciplinary cooperation with high service quality
- You work to improve the quality and development of care
Profile
- Training as a specialist health EFZ with professional experience in the acute hospital, ideally in neonatology
- Interest and understanding for newborns and their caregivers in a crisis
- Self-employed and flexible working methods
- Strong communication skills, commitment to team development and good interdisciplinary cooperation
- Cross-cutting understanding and economic thinking and action
- High level of technical and social competence
- Willingness to work shifts, mainly late and night
