For our hoard at the school Lavater we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by agreement.

Tasks

Support as a specialist supervisor or school assistant ISR (integrated special training in the standard school) Our ISR students in their school and personal development. More detailed information on working hours can be discussed during a personal conversation with the supervisor.

Their tasks include

• Accompaniment and support in everyday school life, in learning processes, social challenges and everyday structuring.
• Individual support of individual pupils or small groups in close cooperation with teachers and school curative education.
• Observation and documentation of the development and behavior of the students as well as exchange with the pedagogical team.
• Support for administrative tasks in the pedagogical field (e.g. organization of materials, accompaniment during excursions, etc.).

Profile

• As a specialist care: Completed training as a specialist care (specialization of people with disabilities) or a comparable qualification
• A solid personality with an inclusive attitude
• Patience, resilience, appreciation and joy in working with young people
• Creativity and linguistic skill in communication

The Lavater secondary school has been a day school with 12 classes from 1st to 3rd secondary school since August 2024. The completely renovated schoolhouse in Zurich-Enge also includes a top modern underground double sports hall and a beautiful catering hall.
