The Kita Tièchestrasse is looking for 1. January 2027 motivated and committed professionals.

Tasks

• You create a differentiated, binding pedagogical everyday life based on the infans - educational concept, which gives the child security and space for his own development and puts the focus on relationship work.
• You work in the evaluation and reflection of everyday pedagogical life as part of the quality development.
• You work closely with parents and other professionals.
• Together with your employees, you organize parent evenings and other events and take on special tasks.
• You guide learners in consultation with the vocational training manager of the daycare centre.

Profile

• Completed training as a specialist Care EFZ, specialty children
• Interest in education-oriented and open Kita-pedagogy (infans)
• Personal maturity, resilience and good organizational ability
• Joy of caring for infants
• Administrative and organisational skills

In the city of Zurich, the childcare division of the social institutions and companies operates 11 daycare centres, a crisis intervention group and a residential group for infants, a family meeting place and at two locations "accompanied visiting meeting places" for families in conflictive separation situations.

The Kita Tièchestrasse is located in the Waidliving settlement. In the immediate vicinity are Waid City Hospital and Waidhalde School. In the Kita Tièchestrasse and its satellite Waidspital, a total of 48 places are offered for children from three months to kindergarten admission and for children with special care.
