Tasks

• You process and assess all reporting procedures (natural heat probes, e-charging stations, solar systems, air/water heat pumps, connection of district heating) and give the consent or the rejection.
• You usually process and assess standardized building applications (mostly technical installations) in terms of building law.
• You lead and coordinate the building permit process and make topic-specific general and/or case-related clarifications.
• Diverse information on process and detailed questions for your procedures round off the task profile.

Profile

• You will bring a completed apprenticeship (drawn by EFZ) or equivalent training as well as several years of professional experience in the field of construction planning or execution.
• You have contact points and interest in the construction activity. Your enjoyment of upstream and downstream administrative activities and consultations is noticeable.
• We also count on your own initiative and openness to new things.
• Your negotiating skills, your positive charisma and your persuasiveness are used profitably.
• In addition, you bring flexibility and a pinch of humor.
• Your stylish oral and written expression in German round off your profile.

About us

In the Office for Building Permits, we are working today on the Zurich of tomorrow. Our task is to examine building applications, buildings and facilities with regard to building law and security. We inform, advise, examine and mediate before submitting a construction application, carry out the approval process until the decision is made and monitor the execution of the construction work with regard to the construction and safety regulations.
