For our HR department we are looking for 01. February 2027 a specialist staff 100%.

Tasks

• They are responsible for the entire recruitment process for employees and cadres up to the level of divisional and departmental management.
• They manage the time and absence management incl. Handling accident and illness cases and taking over the case management in the event of long-term absences.
• On the HR side, you are responsible for the processes for education management and employment certificates.
• They maintain organizational management and are responsible for various reports, evaluations and lists.
• You are the contact person and advise employees and cadres on the topics and processes responsible.

Profile

• Commercial apprenticeship with additional training in HR (e.g. HR professional / professional with Federal Professional ID)
• Proven expertise and practical experience in HR, knowledge in the HR of a public administration preferred
• Proven IT user skills (MS-Office 365 and preferably SAP)
• Integrous, trustworthy personality with high social and consulting skills, good communication skills and team spirit
• Independent, structured and reliable working method
