Full description

To support our staff quality and development we are looking for 1. November 2026 or by agreement a specialist worker in digitalization. In this independent specialist function, you assume the central technical responsibility for digitalization at the Viventa School of Applied Sciences and play a decisive role in shaping its further development.

Tasks

• You are responsible for project management in the area of digitization, manage the project portfolio and take over the management of projects and sub-projects.
• They implement customer- and impact-oriented concepts and tasks in the area of digitalization and ensure their implementation and high-quality application in operational operations.
• They independently develop analyses and reports in the heterogeneous environment of the Viventa School of Applied Sciences as well as decision-making principles for the service manager and management regarding objectives, prioritization and implementation of digitalization projects.
• They advise on digitalisation and collaboration issues, initiate training impulses and take on the associated operational and administrative tasks. In addition, you will observe relevant developments as well as the market for software and web services.

Profile

• HF/FH degree in business informatics or equivalent education or training in digitisation and/or project management as well as corresponding professional experience
• Very good and broad IT knowledge and competencies incl. UX experience and broad program knowledge (e.g. M365, databases, CMS systems)
• Several years of experience and leadership competence in interdisciplinary digitization and IT projects, ideally in the environment of administration or educational landscape
• Very good communication and presentation ability, stylish expression in German as well as the ability to visualize relevant messages appropriate to the addressee
• Initiative, networked thinking and acting personality with a target group-oriented appearance, clear focus on the matter, rapid understanding, assertiveness, negotiating skills and persuasiveness
