As an Escalation Manager Operation Control Center, you will take responsibility up to second-level support, coordinate troubleshooting and ensure the availability of our customers' systems - from drone surveillance and broadcast solutions to security radio and LPN.
You will become part of a motivated team of 14 employees who are available to work around the clock, every day of the year.
