Application process
- Take ownership of defining and evolving the RDT Application and Technology Landscape and Data Model, ensuring robust architecture support for strategic internal initiatives.
- Operating Model optimization: Actively support the evolution of the Operating Model and integrating its elements (eg.
- Strategy, Portfolio, Delivery, Operations).
- Architecture Governance & Standards ("Enable & Govern"): Lead architecture governance for Informatics Domain and drive cross-domain alignment across Information, Technology, Business, and Application Architecture.
- Provide clarity, "paved roads," and guardrails that enable speed and effectiveness in delivery rather than creating bureaucratic friction.

- A significant focus of your mandate will be architecting "RDT as a Business" (Informatics Domain), treating our internal Roche Digital Technology organization as a critical business line.
- Your scope will also encompass other overarching enterprise initiatives across and beyond RDT.
- You will guide others in resolving highly complex issues and problems that have widespread implications on cross-functional organizational processes and outcomes.
- Description of the area The Strategy, Portfolio & Governance (SPG) Enterprise Architecture function shapes, aligns, and executes technology strategy by connecting business ambition to investment, architecture, and delivery.
- For this specific role, a primary domain is Informatics (RDT scope), alongside other complex cross-enterprise domains.
- You will partner closely with operational leaders, the Transformation Office, RDT Excellence, and Portfolio Management to establish a modern, integrated operating model.
- This area ensures that operations are built on insight generation and adhere to industry standards (e.g., IT4IT, ITIL), establishing robust architecture support for strategic internal and cross-functional initiatives.
- Shift the organization toward Data-Driven Portfolio Management and Agile, AI enabled Delivery and Operations, ensuring connection to our existing IT landscape assets and providing traceability.
