For the Senevita Erlenmatt in Basel we are looking for a team management service (m/f) 100% immediately or by agreement Your tasks

• You take responsibility for the smooth running of the service in the restaurant and on the stations.
• You provide for the satisfaction of our residents and guests
• You are responsible for compliance with the hygiene concept and pay attention to cleanliness and order in the service area
• You design the various processes in the service efficiently
• Continuous adaptation and further development of the area and the overall operation in cooperation with the management of gastronomy

You bring that with you

• Training as a restaurant specialist
• Experience as team management service 2-5 years, beneficial in a retirement and nursing home
• Several years of professional experience in a house with well-maintained service, preferably in a hotel company
• You have good manners and a high understanding for elderly and sick people
• You are a team player
