Senevita is the largest integrated provider of services in old age and employs around 4,000 people. Outpatient and stationary offerings merge seamlessly. While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services throughout Switzerland. For the Senevita orchard in Affoltern am Albis we are looking for 1. January 2027 or, by arrangement, a reliable person for temporary employment until 31. December 2027 as employee/operating maintenance 80-100 % What you do
- Maintenance and maintenance of building infrastructure, surroundings and green areas
- Implementation of repairs
- Painting and repair work on buildings and premises
- Organisation and support for residential removals and housing acceptances
- Management, delivery and withdrawal of equipment
- Preparation of meeting rooms and provision of the necessary technical infrastructure
- Ensuring the proper and environmentally friendly disposal of materials

- Completed vocational training in the craft sector and mandatory professional experience in painting work
- Craftsmanship, strong technical understanding and a practical, solution-oriented way of working
