Main responsibilities
- Ensuring a smooth service flow in the staff restaurant and Bistro 15 as well as competent advice and support of our guests
- Preparation, presentation and distribution of food and drinks
- Execution of cash and settlement activities
- Accompanying, guiding and training our learners in the profession system catering specialist EFZ
- Providing and reviewing practical training content in everyday work
- Support and promote learners in their professional and personal development
- Cooperation with the responsible persons responsible for vocational training
- Ensuring and complying with hygiene, quality and safety standards
- Collaboration at events and events, partly also in the evening Profile:
- Completed training as a system catering specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification and professional experience in catering
