Do you want to actively shape compensation systems, support data-based decisions and make a tangible contribution to employer attractiveness? In our HR team, you play a central role in compensation and benefits, advise internal stakeholders and continuously develop our compensation landscape. This is how you shape health
- You are responsible for the preparation, conception and implementation of the annual wage round
- You support the variable compensation process as well as the promotion process
- You will conduct market analyses and benchmarks and further develop our compensation structures and pay bands
- You analyze salary data, create evaluations and derive sound recommendations
- You advise HR colleagues and executives on all Comp&Ben issues
- You will continuously develop our grading model as well as existing compensation and benefit concepts
- You provide professional documentation, governance and knowledge management in the department
- You identify trends and optimization potential to further strengthen our employer attractiveness
This sets you apart
- Bachelor degree from a technical college or university, preferably in business administration or a related field
- Several years of experience in the field of compensation & benefits
- Additional training in the area of compensation & benefits or human resources
- Strong affinity for numbers as well as analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- High consulting and service orientation as well as the ability to convey complex topics in an understandable way
- Independent and structured working method coupled with high discretion
- Your German is negotiable in word and writing
