Main responsibilities
- Acquisition of exhibitors for the subject areas to be covered according to a briefing by Sales Division Manager
- Achievement of revenue targets for exhibitor stand space and additional services
- Co-responsible for the planning and implementation of the main event (compliance with exhibitor concepts, support for exhibitors, helpdesk exhibitors, staging, decoration & furniture as well as other tasks according to production planning)
- Co-responsible for planning and implementing side events during the year
- Terminating meetings, briefings and debriefings (internal and external) Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience: in sales, back office or in a comparable administrative function
- Completed basic or further education: in the commercial sector, or in a comparable function
