- General maintenance and maintenance work on infrastructure systems (including refrigeration, waste heat and ventilation systems)
- Ensure trouble-free operation (interruption analysis, troubleshooting, care, maintenance and repair of plants) in cooperation with internal and external bodies
- Multiannual professional experience: In building technology or maintenance
- Complete professional teaching (EFZ): electrical installerin, assembly electriciansin or equivalent training
Main responsibilities
- General maintenance and maintenance work on infrastructure systems (including refrigeration, waste heat and ventilation systems)
- Ensure trouble-free operation (interruption analysis, troubleshooting, care, maintenance and repair of plants) in cooperation with internal and external bodies
- Ensure compliance with applicable directives and legal requirements
- Support for new installations and commissioning of the maintenance team
Key requirements
- Multiannual professional experience: In building technology or maintenance
- Complete professional teaching (EFZ): electrical installerin, assembly electriciansin or equivalent training
- Ready-to-use electrical approval according to NIV Art. 13 to acquire
- knowledge of domestic engineering and control technology and understanding of troubleshooting Reliable and responsible operation Team skills and self-employment
