- Writing and sending member mailings in the ACTIV FITNESS format
- Support content management websites ACTIV FITNESS & Fitnesspark
- 4-5 years of professional experience: In the field of marketing
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): Training in marketing, communication, mediamatics or KV with a focus on marketing
Main responsibilities
- Writing and sending member mailings in the ACTIV FITNESS format
- Support content management websites ACTIV FITNESS & Fitnesspark
- Taking on simple graphic work such as poster creation in Canva / Adobe
- Handling give-aways, merchandise items and studio-specific visibility measures (flags, beach flags, etc.)
- Maintaining the material and stock list as well as responsibility for stocks
- Maintaining the cooperation and sponsorship list as well as overview management in Intranet
- Various administrative activities and support of the team in day-to-day business work
- Participation in member activation in the facilities
Key requirements
- 4-5 years of professional experience: In the field of marketing
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): Training in marketing, communication, mediamatics or KV with a focus on marketing
- German (fluent) French (good knowledge) English (advantageous): You should be willing to expand your French skills if necessary.
- Digital affinity and interest in getting to know new tools (e.g. Content Management Systems)
