Become part of our team! In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a social pedagogue for the school year 2026/27 for the 1:1 accompaniment of a primary school child in the first grade in the supplementary school care in the ISR setting (autism spectrum) on a temporary basis. .The assignment covers about 67% and takes place during schooling five days a week in the nurseries. Several missions are also planned during school holidays.

Tasks

• 1:1 accompaniment of a student in the context of supplementary school care
• individual support of the child in day-care as well as in social, emotional and everyday practical situations
• Supporting integration into the group and promoting social participation, taking into account the individual needs of the child
• Accompanying meals, free play, leisure and exercise activities
• Support for the development of self-employment and social skills
• Appropriate parental work
• Close cooperation with the support team, the Hortleitung and the specialist departments involved

Profile

• Experience working with primary school-age children and ideally already knowledge of the autism spectrum is beneficial
• high level of social competence and an appreciative and sensitive approach to children
• Patience, resilience and the ability to act calmly and structured even in demanding situations
• Independent and self-organized work
• Motivated, team-capable, open, resilient personality with a positive human image
• High flexibility and solution-oriented basic attitude in cooperation
• degree as social pedagogue FH or HFS; Social worker FH or HFS; director; kindergarten teacher
• Primary school teacher (CH); university degree with major in social education, pedagogy or educational sciences
• Child educator or childhood educator HF
• For applications with a foreign diploma / certificate, a Swiss diploma recognition must be attached
