Full description

For our hoarding at the Bachtobel school we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by agreement.

Tasks

They work on four to five days per week in a versatile field of activity for the care of primary school students. In the care team you work together with other hoarding management and specialists care and are supported in the catering area by the catering team. More detailed information on working hours can be discussed during a personal conversation with the supervisor.

Their tasks include

• Design of the supplementary school care for students
• Organisation of day-to-day operations (pedagogy, general organisation, administration)
• Planning and implementation of leisure and care services
• Ensure adequate parental work, taking into account different cultural, social and linguistic origins
• Cooperation with management Support in organisation and administrative work

Profile

• As a supervisor, you have a degree in social education / social work (FH / HF), a primary school teaching diploma or an equivalent education. In the case of a foreign diploma, a Swiss diploma recognition is mandatory
• As a specialist you have a degree as a specialist / specialist care (EFZ) / child educator or an equivalent education
• Professional experience in caring for children, ideally with experience in hoarding
• Flexible, motivated and balanced personality, with high social skills and a cooperative attitude
• Good knowledge of German and flair for organizational tasks
• Joy and willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation and participation in school development
