Main responsibilities
- Operation and monitoring of production facilities for the production of various types of dough
- Ensuring compliance with recipes and quality requirements
- Preparation and weighing of raw materials according to the production plan
- Implementation of quality controls during the production process
- Resolving minor incidents and supporting the maintenance of the facilities
- Maintenance and cleaning of production facilities in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations Requirements
- Professional experience: experience in food production, ideally as a dough maker or in a similar function
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): baker, cook, food practitioner
- Technical understanding and experience in operating production facilities High quality and hygiene awareness
- Physical resilience and readiness for shift work
