What are your tasks? Within the Distribution department, the Research and Archives department is responsible for archiving all audiovisual content from SRF and supports programme creators at all locations with extensive research services. Their tasks include:

• You research and procure music and archive it in the archive databases for use in the field of radio, online and TV
• They record and maintain in-house and external productions in the national music database and work closely with the colleagues in the other language regions within the SRG.
• They maintain an active exchange with the editorial offices, other research desks and impart research knowledge
• You are involved in the further development of services and work in conservation projects with What do you bring?
• Professional experience in information and documentation and corresponding education or training (FH, MAS “I+D” or equivalent)
• Broad general education and in-depth knowledge of folk and pop music
• Openness to other music genres
• Above-average understanding of databases and research opportunities; great interest in new technical developments
• Experience in the application of artificial intelligence (AI)
• High communication skills, resilience, reliability, independence and initiative; an accurate and efficient working method; stylish German as well as very good French and good English skills What can you look forward to?
