Do you like working with people? You want to start from the 1. November 2026 or by agreement with our care team for the health center for the old Mattenhof?

Tasks

• They are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and adapting the care process as well as delegating tasks to employees of other levels of competence.
• You take on the daily responsibility in the day center.
• They participate in the adaptation and implementation of the guest-friendly daily and weekly plans and, in the absence of the activation employees, carry out group activities such as painting, cooking, designing and memory training.
• They advise and accompany guests, residents and their relatives during the stay and, if necessary, in crises.

Profile

• Empathetic personality with a strong human orientation
• Enthusiasm for self-responsible work, combined with team spirit, commitment and joy in everyday life with guests
• Completed training as a nurse (HF/FH/DNII) with SRC recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing, customer-oriented communication skills as well as good computer skills and knowledge in the Easy DOK are advantageous
• Strong sense of responsibility, the ability to think in a network and high resilience
