Their tasks

• Maintenance of all station and shift operations
• Management of station meetings and nursing services
• Implementation of care interventions in the context of dialectical behavioral therapy
• Implementation of measures within the care process
• Drug management
• Management and monitoring of entries and exits in a nursing context
• Approved vocational training in the field of care HF/FH
• DBT training beneficial
• Professional experience in psychiatry
• Willingness to engage in a dynamic work environment
• Very good social skills and communication skills
• Flexibility, resilience, service orientation
