- Accompaniment and care of residents with a focus on palliative care
- Communication with residents, relatives and the team
- Management of care documentation and preparation of care planning
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team (care, medical service, therapists and counselling and social service)
- Assumption of day-to-day responsibility
Your profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF or an equivalent with SRK recognition
- Further education in the palliative field or the willingness to complete one
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing (at least level B2)
- High level of social, methodological and professional competence
- Contemporary IT skills
- Self-employed and responsible work
