Application process
- Modular application of elements of DBT and cognitive behavioral therapy
- Designing and implementing the daily structure and leisure activities
- Supporting the vocational trainers the training of learners and students on the ward
- Completed, recognized vocational training in the field of nursing HF/FH, (proof of recognition from the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas)
- High technical, social and self-competence and a high level of resilience as well as flexibility and analytical thinking
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
- High motivation and ability to get involved in an exciting and demanding work environment
- Willingness to perform all duties including night and weekend shifts
