To support the team of the Central Triage at our location Lenggstrasse and the large ambulatorium Im Quadro in Oerlikon, we are looking for 1. January 2027 or by arrangement a dedicated personality as

Their tasks

• Triagulation of patients to the adapted treatment offer ambulatory, semi-stationary and inpatient
• Conducting advisory and crisis intervention talks on the telephone and on site
• Processing requests from internal groups of persons and external assignees
• Maintaining contacts with internal service providers
• Close cooperation with triage senior physicians
• Participation and design for process optimization
• Completed, recognised vocational training in the field of care HF/FH (certificate of recognition of the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas)
• Several years of practical experience in psychiatric institutions in Switzerland, preferably in the Canton of Zurich
• High professional, social and self-competence, high resilience as well as flexibility and analytical thinking
• Enjoy working with different professional groups
• Very good knowledge of German in words and writing, further language skills are advantageous
• Readiness for night and weekend services
• Knowledge that advances: Extensive initial, further and further training offers
