Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to join our care team at the Köschenrüti residential care group in Zürich Seebach, either immediately or by agreement?

Responsibilities

• As the nursing contact person, you are responsible for planning, carrying out and evaluating the care process, involving the social environment and the internal and external network.
• You shape everyday life in a family-like setting together with the residents, with cooking and household chores together being just as much a part of it as organising leisure activities.
• You actively and enthusiastically contribute to the further development of the nursing services in your residential care group by bringing in your ideas and helping shape the broad scope for action.
• You support learners and students from various training programmes in the health and social care sectors as they develop their skills.

Profile

• Passion for the residential care group concept and for helping create a beautiful home for the residents
• Resilience and enthusiasm for taking on the responsibility and making use of the scope for action offered by an independent residential group
• Completed nursing degree at HF/FH level, with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Enjoyment of passing on your specialist knowledge and applying pedagogical skills
• Experience in long-term care and support desirable

The residential care groups of the health centres for older people consist of manageable shared living communities and specialise in the needs of people with dementia and people with psychiatric conditions. Köschenrüti residential care group, which specialises in the needs of people with dementia, is located on the northern edge of Seebach. Here, you will work together with between 6-10 colleagues.
