• As a night heroine you ensure that our patients feel safe and well accompanied during the night and can count on reliable care at any time.
• With heart, humour and professional competence, you design the individual and resource-oriented care of our patients and thus create an appreciative atmosphere during the night.
• Especially in acute situations, you keep a cool head, react quickly and professionally and act confidently and safely even under demanding conditions.
• Providing protection, stimulus shielding and stability is just as much a part of your task as actively shaping a calm and safe atmosphere during the night.

• With a completed training as a nurse HF or FH you bring the necessary professional qualification, whereby a foreign diploma requires an SRK recognition or a positive SRK PreCheck.
• You are familiar with the dynamics of acute setting and you bring your expertise safely and committedly into the interprofessional cooperation even during the night.
• Whether in providing protection and stimulus shielding or in helping you cope with your life, you face the night challenges with your heart, mind and the necessary peace of mind.
• Even in a lively station routine, you keep an overview, react calmly to different situations and meet people at any time with empathy, respect and humor. With around 1,400 employees, we provide accessible, personal and effective psychiatric treatments and care for adults in the cantons of St.Gallen and Appenzell Ausserrhoden as well as in the Principality of Liechtenstein at our nine company locations.
