We are looking for a personality for our time management team immediately or by agreement who enjoys working precisely and likes to deal with such questions, in the role of: Their tasks

• Checking, recording and correcting absences and working hours in our time recording system Polypoint PEP
• Processing of medical certificates as well as other mutations in the area of time management and testing / management of holiday, flextime and absence balances
• Support for entry, exit and internal mutations in the area of time management
• Support for the end of the month and the processing of data for contract processing
• Answering questions from employees and managers about working hours, absences and time management
• Participation in ensuring correct and legally compliant time management as well as in other administrative tasks and projects

Your profile

• Commercial education or a comparable education and very good knowledge of German
• Professional experience in administration, HR or in a comparable, number- and process-oriented environment
• High interest in working time issues as well as the relevant provisions of the Labour Code and pleasure in familiarizing oneself with complex regulations and processes
• Very accurate, reliable and responsible working methods, a quick understanding and a strong ability to analytically capture issues
• Safe handling of MS Office
• Experience with Polypoint PEP or a comparable time recording system is advantageous
• Service-oriented, team-capable and independent personality
