Company and context
- As a Destination organization, we work throughout the Upper Engadine and are responsible for marketing, tourist development and guest information.
- To strengthen our digital Exper Experience team, we are looking for a:n Digital Customer Support Specialist 100% m/w/d, as of 1 July 2026 or by appointment.
- You will take over the operational customer support for the B2C and B2B shop of Engadin Tourism.
- Your main tasks include onboarding of service partners for the B2B shop as well as processing and tracking support requests.
- You will support our customers and partners in booking processes, technical questions and the use of our digital systems.
- You will work closely with internal teams and external software providers. Your passion
