Your key responsibilities
You are a professional in your field with extensive knowledge and expertise in fitness.
With your experience and empathetic approach, you ensure our guests feel relaxed, cared for, and fully rejuvenated.
You lead a variety of fitness activities, both indoor and outdoor, and support guests during individual and group training sessions as well as ice-skating lessons.
You accompany and guide guests throughout their workouts, delivering a holistic wellness experience.
You work closely with the Spa team to ensure smooth operations and provide a seamless, comprehensive wellness experience for our guests.

For this diverse and dynamic position, you ideally bring:
Professional training and expertise with practical experience in the above-mentioned areas within a 5-star hotel environment.
Good language skills in English; Italian and German are an advantage.
A talent for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a high level of team orientation.
High level of commitment, resilience, and flexibility.
A well-groomed appearance and excellent manners.
Our offer
Seasonal position available from now until early September 2026.
5-day work week, averaging 43.5 hours per week.
5 weeks of vacation and 6 public holidays per year.
13th salary from the start date (pro rata temporis).
Accommodation available in one of our staff residences upon request.
Meals available in our new, modern staff restaurant.
