- Development and optimization of integration architectures: design and implementation of APIs, middleware solutions and integration of surrounding systems taking into account performance and security.
- Technical responsibility for the CRM and CX system: Development, configuration and operation of CRM solutions, including adaptation to specific business requirements and optimization of existing systems.
Main responsibilities
- Development and optimization of integration architectures: design and implementation of APIs, middleware solutions and integration of surrounding systems taking into account performance and security.
- Technical responsibility for the CRM and CX system: Development, configuration and operation of CRM solutions, including adaptation to specific business requirements and optimization of existing systems.
- Process automation and DevSecOps: Design and implementation of automation processes, setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and promotion of a DevSecOps mindset in the team.
- Security architecture: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and privacy policies, developing security concepts and implementing appropriate measures.
- Cloud architecture and cloud native approaches: developing and operating cloud-based solutions, leveraging modern cloud native technologies such as containerization and microservices. Requirements
- At least 10 years: Full-Stack Software Engineering
- Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences): Computer Science / Business Informatics
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience DevSecOps, automation of processes and end-to-end implementation of CI/CD pipelines, in dealing with Gitlab and container technology / OpenShift
- Integration architecture: Deep understanding of API design, middleware, connection of environments and network architectures, including performance and security aspects.
- BSI CRM: Many years of experience in the development, configuration and operation of BSI CRM and CX, including adaptation to complex business requirements.
