- Together with other deputy team management, you report to the team leader and support him as a right hand in day-to-day business

- Organization and coordination of personnel deployment in close coordination with the control room as well as ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process specifications
- Introduction of new employees and promotion of a smooth flow of information and communication within the team
- Through active participation in day-to-day business, you are always on the pulse of events and contribute together with your team to the timely processing of our logistics orders
Requirements
- Completed vocational training (EFZ or EBA), ideally in logistics or a comparable environment
- Professional experience in a modern production or logistics environment
- First leadership experience is beneficial
