In this versatile key role, you will lead a team of several people, advise our customers competently and actively and proactively promote sales deals. By building long-term customer relationships, recognizing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities, you contribute significantly to the success of the center and to achieving the company’s goals.

• Leadership, coaching and targeted further development of a dedicated team with a focus on performance, cooperation and customer satisfaction
• Ensuring professional customer advice and active sales of the entire educational offer at the reception and by phone
• Responsibility for the planning, scheduling and optimal utilization of the course offer as well as assignment planning of the teachers
• Active co-creation of an attractive and professional center environment through sales promotion measures, the organization of events, the coordination of infrastructural concerns and the submission of optimization proposals
• Management and monitoring of business indicators such as turnover, class utilization and budget compliance
• Responsibility for administrative processes such as invoice control, student refunds and correct wage runs

Requirements

• Several years of professional and first management experience: in a comparable function, ideally in the educational or service environment
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): with business focus, preferably in the commercial environment, retail trade, tourism or in the hotel industry
• English (flowing): Every other foreign language is of great advantage
• Strong sales strength as well as enjoyment of customer advice, customer loyalty and the recognition of customer needs
• Winning, professional appearance and strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility and readiness for irregular missions (evening and Saturday services)
• Performance-oriented, entrepreneurial personality with a pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working, high affinity for numbers and openness to change and new ideas
