- Supporting branch management in monitoring all aspects of daily branch operations and performance development - mentoring, training and guidance of branch staff to ensure consistent quality of service and professional development - managing staffing and leave requests and ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours
- Monitoring and maintaining stockpiles, carrying out inventories and coordinating with the supply chain team - operation and troubleshooting of POS systems as well as precise handling of POS operations - ensuring that the store environment is clean and well organized and that the goods are properly presented according to company standards
