- As Data Governance Specialist, you build the foundation for the strategic transformation at Julius Baer, driving data-centricity across the organization.
- You will work alongside experienced professionals, engage with stakeholders across the organisation and help shape how data is managed and governed at Julius Baer For a fixed-term period, you will join our Data Management & Architecture team and play a key role in strengthening the bank's data governance, metadata management and critical data capabilities.
- Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will help ensure that data is governed, trusted and managed effectively throughout its lifecycle. YOUR CHALLENGE
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to maintain and enhance critical data assets, metadata and business definitions
- Enable Data Domain Owners and business stakeholders to manage business glossaries, data dictionaries and metadata in a consistent manner
- Support regulatory and strategic initiatives requiring the identification, documentation and maintenance of critical data
- Establish and maintain metadata, data lineage and authoritative source information for key business data elements
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise Data Governance, Data Quality and Data Lifecycle Management practices
- Support the effective management of data throughout its lifecycle, from creation and usage through retention, archival and disposal
- Monitor adherence to data management standards and support the continuous improvement of governance processes and controls
